K-Residence is a construction company established by engineers from the National Technical University of Athens which co-houses the specialties of Chemical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering.
We undertake renovations & energy efficiency upgrades of homes and shops, draw up studies,
issue certificates while managing a large portfolio of short-term rental properties, mainly in Attica
and Messinia.
